We are a member of the RMI's (The Retail Motor Industry Federation) Quality Control Scheme. We were one of the first companies to join this scheme in the south of England and it manages to provide a strong degree of self-regulation in a business not renowned for its reliability. Indeed our customer satisfaction surveys that are carried out monthly provide an average of 98% total satisfaction for our customers.
All servicing is carried out to manufacturer specifications using the best parts but at a cheaper labour rate than from most franchised dealers. We only use the best Duckhams™ lubricants and can work on any vehicle, large or small. All customers booked in for a full service are eligible to use one of our courtesy cars (subject to availability, to ensure availability please book in advance) and also have a complimentary wash and vacuum. We have a variety of software available to us giving access a huge amount of technical information for each and every vehicle. This ensures that we can work efficiently on all makes of cars and vans. We carry out all types of mechanical repairs, large or small and all work is carried out to the high standards expected by our customers.
Servicing while a vehicle is still under manufacturers waranty

Under the European Union Block Exemption Law introduced in 2002 vehicles covered by a manufacturer’s warranty do not need to be serviced by a franchised dealer to maintain that warranty as long as the car is serviced using manufacturers parts and to their specifications. We have specialist service software to ensure that cars are serviced to manufacturer’s specifications and always use the correct parts to maintain the vehicles warranty.
MOTs

MOT tests can be arranged at short notice Monday to Friday. It is worth knowing that a car with an existing MOT can have its test carried out a calendar month in advance of its expiry date. This time can be added on to the new certificate so you don't have to wait until the last minute to book an MOT!
